Presumably the OG colourway to come out for the new silhouette, this lighter “Alien” colour scheme lets us see some of the smaller details within the newly redesigned PrimeKnit upper. The biggest draw is the interesting splotchy Rorschach test-like design that displays predominantly in a light grey colour. In the centre of this design are a plethora of small holes that might provide ventilation or act as small windows to see the wearer’s socks. It will be interesting to see what changes with the final version once it releases.
Like the name and previous renditions suggest, this pair will feature the revolutionary adidas Boost cushioning technology. This picture courtesy of @TheYeezyMafia gives us a great look at what is underneath the PrimeKnit upper. This midsole differs from previous variants though as it no longer includes the models signature ribbing.
One of the few on-foot looks we have at the shoe comes from Ye himself as he recently stepped out in his new sneaker. We’re anxiously waiting to see some photos of early pairs to get a better idea of what we’ll be getting from Kanye in the future!
